I am a new Buy to let investor,and have now two terrace propertys.I would like to know if i am doing the right thing in regards to a n acceptable return.I currently have interest only mortgages on both,one at 165 per month and the other is 140 PER MONTH.I rent each property at 350 per month.Is this a good return, and should I carry on with this strategy.P.S Excellent website for amateurs like myself.
