Sorry I can’t help you much with your legal situation, but I suppose advice would be a bit late now anyway.

What I am interested in is forming a 'learning partnership' in Edinburgh. I am new to letting and am nearly ready to rent my first property and planning a lot more. Finding good info that is Scotland/Edinburgh specific can be difficult; perhaps helping each other might be mutually beneficial? Let me know what you think.
