I am relatively new to "being a landlord" and have decided to go it along without the use of an agent..... (have had previous bad experiences with agents charging me money and doing nothing !!!) I am currently in the process of letting one of my two properties privately and I was wondering if the service you offer of drawing up an appropriate tenancy agreement takes into account these new regulations that Lisa mentions.... ?

Also, just to say I have found this site a real help, I only logged on today but have learnt a great deal in a short space of time... many thanks to you.

Sam
