Am currently looking at a property at auction,on at £20,000.Renovation costs about £8,000.I need to borrow £30,000 ,anybody know any good deals on where to get that amount of loan/borrowing.Also any info/pitfalls on doing up an auctioned property,or even better,what to look out for whenpurchasing the above.ie cost of re-wiring,central heating etc.Any comments will be gratefully received
