THIS SITE HAS GOT THE BALL ROLLING...

THE ONLY THING IS I AM COMPLETELY NEW TO BECOMING A LANDLORD AND NEED INFORMATION & ADVICE ON HOW TO GET STARTED. IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO COULD HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH.

SO HERE'S MY POSITION

I HAVE NO MORTGAGE, LIVE IN THE SOUTH EAST, & HAVE 34K TO PLAY WITH. MY IDEA TO START WITH WOULD BE TO BUY MAYBE A SINGLE BEDROOM FLAT TO LET OUT FOR A WHILE & THEN MOVE ON TO BUYING ANOTHER ETC. I'M NOT SURE HOW I WOULD PURCHASE MY PROPERTIES & WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE REGARDING MORTGAGES.

ANY ADVICE PLEASE ESPECIALLY FROM PEOPLE IN THE SAME POSITION IE BEGINNERS.

PAUL
