I have been investing in property for 10 years, and although successful, as most of you are aware .. I had my eyes opened very wide . I can only tell you that based on my own experience, I would not be able to learn this much information, this in-depth from normal life experience and reading message boards & books. I would never have had the time to gather this information together, or know what I needed to find out. How would I know what I was doing was wrong until I knew what other people were doing, and that it was working for them? I would think I was doing ok, until something went wrong, and by that time it may have been to late to rectify. To even match the hours of information and learning at college I would have to do 2 years on an evening course … No money down deals … why be so sceptical .. what on earth do you think 100% mortgages are .. and the 125% Northern Rock offer .. wake up and smell the coffee! It was hard work, and mind blowing and I am knackered . I will now be saving myself, based on my own calculations around £1000 per month just on 4 properties I have done my sums on, plus can put plans in place to prevent further costs in the future . I can only speak for the seminar itself at the moment, as obviously it takes time to sort finances, and Rome was not built in a day.
