How can i transfer residential mortgage to buy to let

I have a flat with a residential mortgage of £60,000, the current rental value is £1000pm and currently the property is worth about £120,000. I want to re-mortgage this property under – buy to let. Can someone advice me how much will it cost for solicitor fee and what other cost associated buy-to let mortgage
