I have recently started a new type of letting agency. I offer a property management service to owners of homes bought,primarily, as holiday homes. My customers are people who have a second home but don't live near it. I look after all aspects of property management and also offer housekeeping, gardening and joinery services as well as having contacts with lots of local tradesmen for all other aspects of property maintenance.

Holiday homes can make excellent returns if you let them commercially on a self-catering basis but there is a lot of work involved. I am posting this message for several reasons.

Can anybody tell me if there are any other similar agencies in the UK?

Does anybody have any further suggestions of services I could offer? (I already offer services relating to every aspect of booking, payment and marketing of holiday homes).

Does anybody have a holiday home in the Aberdeenshire area who would consider looking at a proposal for my services?
