Further to recent correspondence we have now received a letter from carers suggesting that as we have now received rent for ten weeks whilst the tenant was not in the flat (in hospital) this should be sufficient compensation to cover the damage (£3000) - rent of £65 a week!!!!! The tenant's property is still in the flat and we have nothing in writing to say that he is not coming back.
