Comments

We have in the last month acquired a flat with a sitting tenant. We did not get much guidance from the solicitor when we asked for the tenants means of rent payment or deposit and have subsequently found out on exchange of contract that he is never there. He also has no personal belongings at the flat, no food, has paid no deposit and apparently pays in cash one day in the month at the flat. So far we have not met him and he is late in paying the rent what is our next step, do we now get him out?

Please help.
