Thanks for the help,

Agent has been asking me to act as intermediary for the whole year. Eventually lost my temper with the MD last week and he said he would try.

I don't know who to believe as the Letting Agent says they have been trying to no avail, the Freehold Agents say they have heard nothing.

Can I instigate legal proceedings without returning to the UK?
