As a registered key holder with Thames Valley Police I have a duty to enter the property in the event of alarm activation. Nevertheless, I have now tenanted the property without incurring a loss (the deposit has covered the lost rent, cost of cleaners and gardeners) and therefore I shall not pursue court action. My worst fear had been that the property was left with damage, but thankfully this was not the case. Thanks for your advice.
