I've developed a basic database system for letting agents. I'm keen to develop it further but need a letting agent to test it for me and in exchange I will provide them with free use of the system. Can anyone help me locate a letting agent who may be interested in this?

I may also be willing to provide systems for landlords have have been told the market is already flooded with systems. Is this true?
