All tenancy agreements should be stamped. 18 months ago it was said that this would be enforced. Some agents took the view that they would continue as before, others, that they would have the agreements stamped but pass this cost onto the landlord. Unless it is your agreement the agents shouldn't charge for a check out. Finding a tenant, inventory and check in yes, 180 is not too bad. Good luck with your bath! Who do you use for your unsurance?
