I have an assured shorthold tenancy agreement with my tenants who recently informed me over the phone that they want to leave in a month's time. In the agreement is a clause that estipulates two months either way. I just wander if the new terms set by The Office of Fair Trading states anything on this issue or I am covered by the agreement. At this time of the year and approaching Christmas I know that the market slows down and there is nothing until January.
