Is it ok to fit locks on doors ???

Hi The four tenants in my house are requesting locks to be put on each of their respective bedrooms. They are students and are probably requesting this because their insurance company stipulates locks on their bedroom doors. If I fit these locks will it have any implications on the Tenacy Agreement (Furnished Assured Shorthold Agreement)I have with the tenants ?

Thanks Jaz
