To be honest I feel very wary of these companies, I have heard of numerous dodgy cases whether true or not I do not know. However, what does occur to me is that if these people can offer you a guaranteed 15% return for DSS tenants then why not go direct to the DSS yourselves and probably get an even better return - just ring your local housing department to begin with and they should be able to put you on the right track - perhaps the DSS will offer you a 3 or 5 year guaranteed rent period?
