The Council is Gravesham - Housing Dept Tel: 01474 337428

I called the local County Court this afternoon and they indicated that our Council do not normally step in until we apply for a bailiff eviction. A few more weeks to add to the total!

The tenant has suggested that she pay us weekly between the notice to quit expiring and the council rehousing her - Is this dodgy ground?

So far we are not out of pocket, but for how long?
