There are several companies that advertise in the Sunday papers (PPP, Academic, Denside,Wentworth,Blackwood) saying that for an initial investment of 25-30k cash you can buy a property, let them renovate it then remortgage to release enough equity to return your original investment allowing you to continue to build a portfolio. These properties are 'Coronation Street' type properties in the north/ noth east and are rented through these companies to DSS/Housing ass tenants. Has anyone any experiences about these companies?
