The tenants have reported a mice infestation. The council are currently not taking on any 'private' work and suggested looking in the Yellow Pages. Anyhow they chrage for 'private' work as well. My question is whose responsibilty is this? The landlords or the tenants? If anyone can point me towards any legal documents I would appreciate it.
