You are absolutely right and I steer well clear of them. Afterall if one can make so much money then why bother advertising it - just keep it quiet and do it yourself. It is not rocket science to purchase, do up and re-mortgage surely? My advice to anyone contemplating getting into this sort of thing is think twice - interest rates rise, and they will, how is that going to effect you if you have several properties etc. Too dodgy for me!!
