I have been tipped off that my tenants are about to leave my property. I notified them two months ago that their lease is up and I intend to sell the property, but they could remain as long as they settle their rent. They owe me $2600 in back rent/late fees. They are chronically late, non-payers. Also, this property is next door to me. What move should I make?
