Hi Great site ! I have an AST agreement with my tenants which doesn't expire until Feb 03. I hear that they r moving out and r due to bring rent tomorrow. My agreement doesn't state notice period so am I to expect one month's notice or should the agreement run until Feb 03. Thanks in advance. Jane.
