renting to the home office thru southwark council. they decided to cut off the tenants funding. with only 3 weeks notice. They wouldn't give any indication as to why? leaving me with a 3 month wait & bill to get the tenant out thru the courts because the tenant cannot pay the rent and has no where to move to. I now hear any new contracts taken out with them they will not even give you a deposit.. so basically all they do is find landlords to take these people off their hands for a period of time (before the court order require's them to find another unsuspecting landlord to look after them)
