Please can u advice me on how to serve section 8 to tenants who have refused to pay. They said they would use the deposit, but this only covers one month, they have not paid nov & dec. I have served them with section 21, which they have signed and returned to me. They are also asking for compesation for water leakage which was their fault as they changed the fitting for the shower without my permission. Can I serve them with section 8 myself without any further cost to me.

Many thanks in advance
