If anyone has a let property insurance with this company, I would discuss it fully with someone. I have just discovered that if one of my properties is unoccupied, even for 24 hours for a change of tenant,malicious acts arson or vandalism cover is not included. Neither is theft or attempted theft. I have cancelled my cover with them and insured with another company that includes this. Adam
