Sara, I TOTALLY sympathis with you - I have just served one myself and it's a bitch to get hold of without breaking the bank.

I went to Citizen's Advice, and got hold of their form RAP3. I used this as a basis to get my own. Unfortunately, the Housing Act is an appalling piece of legislation and doesn't detail the exact format of the Notices required. You should be able to get a cheaper one than 98 though. I would happily send you what I've done, but wait until it's been accepted by the court first!

Why hasn't anybody posted Section 8's anywhere?!

I am in the middle of going to court now, but I'll forward my doc if you want, once it's been OK'd.
