HELP! Which forms do I use!!!!

Comments

I served a Notice of intention of seeking possession two weeks ago, and now I have to file the relevant forms at court.

I have been given three copies each of; N119 - Particulars of claim for possession (rented residential premises) N5 - Claim form for possession of property N5B - Claim form for possession of property, accelerated procedure, assured shorthold tenancy.

I want to claim the unpaid rent AND boot them out. I have done N119 and N5 - but do I do N5B as well? I don't think I want to do Accelerated Procedure as I won't get the unpaid rent back...

Any ideas?

Please help!

John
