London rental levels

Comments

My experience is that London rents (within zone 3 or further in) have perhaps only fallen 5-10% at best. There has not been the major shake out in the financial services industry that the press has put about and continued in migration for central London jobs contuues apace, from the North and especially from overseas.

Some rents are, to be polite, optimistic from stupid landlords. However the going rate is easily found from web-site searches by post code. Try Vebra.com or Findaproperty.com or Rightmove.co.uk
