Violent mood swinging pot smoking tenant. AST agreement in force, 6 months expires at the end of February. Ideally I would like this tenant to glide peacefully to the end of his agreemnt and leave, sadly I suspect that she has other ideas. Question, OPTION 1 - can I issue a section 21 notice now to take effect from end of February? should she refuse to leave and has done nothing wrong other than smoke copious Pot and be verbally violent (and pay late) what do I do then. OPTION 2 - if I let her stay until end of June - do I still need to provide notice (in which case presumably the answer to OPTION 1 will presumably still apply?) or, is the end of the agreement regarded as "notice"?
