Dear Sarah,

I have just read your post with interest, and wondered whether you would be interested in speaking to me about your dilemma. I'm working on a programme for ITV about problem tenants and would love to hear more about your situaton. I have spoken to quite a few landlords about serial bad tenants and sitting tenants, and you would be surprised at how many of you there are.

Would love to speak to you, you can contact me on my email, katrina.boyd:granadamedia.com or my direct line 020 7633 2882
