i have had a problem with a tenant for over two years now holding back some payments and delaying others. at present he owes approx 3700 and i have issued reposession and will probably have to go to court. my question is is there a limit on how far back i can claim? is it worth getting anyone to help me or just do small claims myself. the guy is tricky and seems to know the game!
