Your property management company should have a letter in writing from the tenant saying that he no longer resides at the flat - failing which I am somewhat surprised that your management company have not instigated proceedings against the tenant for non payment of rent - you may have to go to the courts to get a possession order - but first speak to your property management compnay and see what they are doing on your behalf - after all you pay them a fee - they should earn it!
