Thanks for your comments Mark. The Property Management Company are in receipt of the letter from the tennant in which he states that he does not reside in the flat any longer, i'm not sure what you were driving at there. Also what do you mean "instigate proceedings for none payment of rent" exactly? What can the management company actually do?
