If you have still not found any, drop me a line and I will give you a few suggested self-build mortgage lender details. The fact that you intend letting should not pose a problem, providing the mortgage premiums can be paid. There are no direct Buy To Let mortgages known to me that are linked to staged-mortgage release (i.e. self-build loans). But things are a changin' and who knows what the next year will bring. tony_booth@btopenworld.com
