the day is drawing nearer for my tennants to vacate. I popped along to the letting agents today to pick up the file redards all the tenants information only to find that the lettings agents do not have a copy of the tenancy agreement that was signed by the tenants nor do they have a signed copy of the Inventory or the Schedule of Condition for the property. All of these documents were sent to the tenants via post and havn't been returned 4 months ago!!! still keeping fingers crossed for Sunday. Lettings agents have 'offered' to foot the bill for any repairs damage etc.
