I would like to know what recourse a landlord has if he discovers that his property manager reneges on some or all of the promises he made at the time of purchase. Can somebody help me to get access to resources I can use in order to bring a manager accoutable for meeting standards on refurbishment, letting, timely reporting on material issues affecting the value and the cash flow of the properties under their care, etc.
