I am in the process of repairing my property after my ex tenants left it in a mess. Amongst the long list of repairs etc. 2 rooms needed redecorating. when I take them to the small claims court to recover the costs can I include labour (for decorating) at say... 5 - 6 per hour? Also has anyone any experience of taking tenants to the small claims court. Any advise/tips etc. gratefully recieved thanks
