I have been asked if I would like to buy a house in North London which is occupied by sitting tenants. The tenants have children, the youngest of whom is five years old and I understand the children could inherit the property. Could any one tell me if such a property is worth buying - and could anyone advise me what percent of the market value I should offer. The tenants have a fair rent of £600pcm.
