Very shortly there will be some Press releases on a product where reputable landlords can off-load the risk of non-payment by their tenants. Not only that, but they will have 6 months rent up front (less a fee of 10%)! The reaction of people who have learned of this product is that it 'sounds too good to be true' but let me assure you it is true. My company Auto Union Finance Ltd is providing the funding (up to 20m within the next 12 months). Naturally we will protect ourselves by ensuring that the right Tenancy Agreement and other documentation is in place and that the tenant is properly referenced/vetted.

The facility is available today and if anyone reading this would like more details prior to the official launch, please e-mail me tmcdonagh@auf.co.uk with your name and telephone number and I will call you back as soon as I can.
