Hi all, I have issued a repossession notice for 2 months under the periodic Tennancy agreement. I statted that I was to require possession for to sell the property and the tenants constent lateness in paying the rent (4 weeks behind always).

I have since recieved a offer on the property and the new owners will require possession on exchange of contracts (March 2003) Can I now re-issue a repossession notice citing ground 2 of the notice giving 1 month notice to quit, this will give me time if needed to apply to courts and have the tenant evicted.
