Hi, usually it takes 6 weeks max to sort out HB. Make sure you get the HB paid direct to you. your tenant can select this option. If you do get problems in recieving the rent after it ghas been processed I beleave you can contact the HB office and explain that you want it paid direct to you, but check this out first
