I understood that tenants had to be advised that the contract was coming to an end and that I wanted the property back. I thought this had to be advised on a prescribed form and that it was commonly issued incorrectly. I have just spoken to Lettings-Landlords recommended Solicitor who tell me differently. It seems that all I need to do is issues a commonsense letter reminding that the end of the contract is ____/____/03. Anyone know anything differently?
