  • Tenancy agreement writing service:
    • For some it can be a bit daunting filling out legally binding contracts. Of course sometimes clauses are added in which would never stand up in court. Sometimes clauses are taken out and the whole contract becomes invalid.

    This is where our new service has been created. We have been creating tenancy agreements for landlords and tenants for over 20 years. All our agreements have been approved by our solicitor and we know what is considered to be fair and unfair.

    We offer 2 levels of service.

    • 1. We complete the document for you and email it to your given address. £14.99 - includes free membership to www.universalhomes.co.uk
    • 2. We print off 2 copies of the completed agreement and post them to you. £19.99 (inc postage and packing& free membership to www.universalhomes.co.uk).

    Please note that payment must be made before your agreement can be drawn up. Once payment has been received you will be contacted via email and asked for the tenancy details. This involved filling in a short questionnaire and you agreement should be emailed to you that same day. If posted copies are required please leave 48 hours. All documents are posted first class.
