We offer this facility to our landlords at a cost of 1% of the collected rent.  Currently we have landlords all over the world who are making use of this facility.  

A direct debit / standing order is set up between ourselves and your tenant.  Our systems advise us when the rent is due and will automatically check for the rent from your tenant on the day it is due to be paid.  A unique reference number will identify the rent against your property. 

Upon the rent being received, we pay it into an account of your choice.

However, should the rent not arrive on the day it is due in cleared funds, then we start the process of rent recovery.  This entails a polite letter going to the tenants, reminding them of their duties under their contract.  Further, less polite letters will be sent to the tenants should the rent still fail to materialise.  Eventually, we will instruct a solicitor on your behalf - with your permission of course and the case can go all the way to the courts if necessary.  At all times, you are advised by e-mail of exactly what we are doing and at what stage we are with regards to getting your rent.

There are pro's and cons about this service.  They are:


1. Your rental income is being monitored all of the time, so we know the minute it is late and can start immediate action.

2. You are notified the minute your rent arrives as well as when it has been paid into your account, thus you do not have to ring the bank and wait endlessly listening to recorded messages and being told which buttons to press next etc.

3. You will always be advised as to what steps are being taken to get your rent from late paying tenants.

4. Where there is more than one tenant in situ, we can monitor all the payments for you and do all the chasing etc.

5. You do not have to get involved in the collecting of rent from your tenants.


1. You will have to wait a little longer for your rent.

2. We do not guarantee the rent.  We can only pay to you what we receive.

3. This service is not available to D.S.S. tenants or anyone receiving Housing Benefit.
